Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate to support fast-paced warehouse and store operations. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the movement, tracking, and accuracy of auto parts, supplies, and materials between locations.

You’ll play a key role in keeping inventory flowing smoothly between the Distribution Center and Stores while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency at all times.

What You’ll Do

Operate forklifts to receive, ship, and move inventory safely
Scan, pack, and organize auto parts into totes, boxes, or cages
Pull, stage, and ship products to warehouse or store locations
Process transfers between hub and stores accurately and on time
Maintain shipping/receiving records and complete required documentation
Ensure all orders are verified for accuracy before shipment
Report unsafe conditions, damages, or inventory issues immediately
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment daily
Follow all company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards
Act as a back up delivery driver/ shuttle driver when needed
Support team members and assist in other areas as needed

What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or GED required
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
Valid Drivers License with acceptable driving history
Basic computer skills required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Team player with strong communication skills
Dependable, flexible, and willing to learn
Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision

Key Performance Expectations

Maintain 99% inventory accuracy and fill rate goal
Ensure all shipments and transfers are completed correctly and on time
Maintain safe and compliant work practices at all times

Physical Requirements

This role requires an active work style in a warehouse environment:

Regularly lift up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 40 lbs
Stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, and climb throughout the shift
Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
Use hands for scanning, handling, and operating equipment
Wear required PPE (safety glasses, boots, gloves, vest, etc.)
