As a Registered Nurse, you will conduct assessments and screenings for Home Care, CAE, and all other agency programs; have consults with agency staff as necessary and develop care plans as needed. Monday- Friday, 9-5, 34 hours worked/ week plus unpaid one hour lunch each day. $37.77 per hour.

What do you need to be considered for this position?

Excellent computer skills required
Ability to communicate and work with the elderly and community resources serving the elderly population.
Ability to work independently and professionally.
Valid MA driver’s license and car required
Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing. Valid RN License.
Minimum of one-year clinical experience in community health and/or long-term care
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift to 15 pounds
Travel required on a regular basis throughout services area including the Islands. Occasion off-cape travel
