This 3-month contract role supports high-volume recruitment activity by conducting phone screens, documenting candidate insights, and ensuring candidates move efficiently through the hiring process. The Recruitment Screener is responsible for maintaining accurate notes, clear candidate summaries, and timely pipeline updates to support overall recruitment flow and candidate movement. This role is highly execution-focused and plays a critical role in maintaining recruitment speed, organization, and consistency during a high-volume hiring period.
Core Qualifications
Conduction high volume phone screens using structured scripts and defined evaluation criteria.
Capture and document clear, concise candidate notes during or immediately following screenings.
Create standardized candidate summaries and recommendations for hiring team review.
Review incoming applicants and sort candidates based on predefined qualifications and role requirements.
Move candidates through the recruitment pipeline in a timely manner while maintaining accurate status updates.
Support proactive sourcing and recruitment operations by helping maintain consistent candidate flow across active openings.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
4+ years of recruiting, staffing, customer service, or high-volume candidate interaction experience preferred.
