Invicta Software is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our human resources department by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and fostering a positive employee experience. Key Objectives

  • Provide administrative support across various HR functions.

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.

  • Help maintain compliance with company policies and employment laws.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

  • Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring new hires have a seamless integration experience.

  • Maintain and update employee records, both electronic and paper files, with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Support payroll and benefits administration by preparing necessary documentation and liaising with relevant departments.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

  • Help organize training sessions, company events, and employee engagement programs.

  • Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining compliance with labor regulations.

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of basic labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
