Role Overview

We are looking for organized, service-minded individuals to join our virtual team as Virtual Vacation Planner. In this role, you will help travelers take their vacation ideas from the early research stage to organized, confirmed arrangements.

You will assist clients with a variety of experiences, including all-inclusive resorts, cruises, family vacations, romantic getaways, group trips, tours, celebrations, and international destinations. The position combines client communication, research, planning, and reservation coordination.

Responsibilities

Discuss vacation ideas with clients and identify their dates, interests, priorities, and budget
Explore destinations and research suitable vacation experiences
Compare hotels, resorts, cruises, tours, transportation, activities, and packages
Create vacation suggestions tailored to individual client requests
Provide clear information about available options, inclusions, promotions, and booking requirements
Coordinate selected trip components through approved supplier resources
Prepare and organize confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information
Monitor important reservation dates and follow up on outstanding details
Double-check traveler and booking information for accuracy
Assist clients with general questions, updates, and routine changes
Maintain organized electronic records of client communications and arrangements
Continue building knowledge of destinations, suppliers, vacation products, and current offers

Must be at least 18 years old
Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
