Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week in our Cannock Office

Salary: £50,000 + bonus + Car Allowance

Contract type: Full time / Permanent

Working Pattern: Core working hours are 9:00am– 5:30pm

What will you do?

· Build and execute abold, strategic growth plan across your territory, focusing on both newbusiness and account expansion

· Hunt foropportunity—generating leads through cold calling, networking, prospecting, andproactive client engagement

· Be the face of Newcrossfor new clients, delivering a consultative, high-quality experience from firstcontact onwards

· Develop strong, lastingrelationships with clients, confidently negotiating, influencing, and closingdeals

· Use CRM systems andmarket insight to spot trends, track performance, and maximise everyopportunity

· Represent Newcross as apassionate brand ambassador, championing our values and commitment tooutstanding care

· Collaborate closelywith internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless service deliveryfor new clients

· Take ownership in arole that evolves—where additional responsibilities may grow with your success

What we’ll be looking for:

· Provensuccess in a territory-based sales or business development role

· Strongtrack record in new business generation, pipeline management, and closing deals

· Confidentcommunicator with a natural consultative and persuasive style

· Highlyresilient, self-motivated, and results-driven in competitive environments

· Skilledin using CRM systems and sales data to guide decisions and improve performance

· Acollaborative team player who can influence across departments

· Comfortableworking remotely, with flexibility to travel across your region

· Experiencein healthcare, staffing, or regulated industries is a strong advantage
