The Role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist to join the team, delivering a first-class service to clients and professional partners.

The Reception Team plays a vital role as the first point of contact for the firm and handles a high volume of calls, requiring excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls in a polite and professional manner (approximately 100 calls per day).
Supporting with administrative tasks and other ad hoc duties as required.

Person Specification:

GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent).
Previous experience working on a reception desk or within a busy switchboard environment.
Strong administrative skills.
Experience in a customer-facing role.
Confidence in handling client interactions over the telephone.
NVQs or other relevant business administration qualifications are advantageous.
Previous experience within a law firm or legal services environment is desirable.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 09:30-18:30 UK working Hours
