Key Responsibilities

Execute extensive research to identify and assess new grant prospects, funding sources, and strategic alliances that support organizational goals.
Evaluate grant guidelines, eligibility rules, application questions, and priority themes to ensure strict compliance and strategic alignment.
Maintain and refresh a central repository monitoring potential grants, critical deadlines, application progress, and funding results.
Partner with program units to gather vital project specifics, such as objectives, operational activities, and impact indicators, for developing persuasive concept notes, inquiry letters, and full proposals.
Support the creation of precise project budgets that synchronize financial requests with planned activities and specific funder mandates.
Write and polish organizational profiles, program overviews, and impact summaries to establish a strong foundation for all grant applications.
Conduct thorough reviews and editing of all application components to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to funder specifications.
Establish and manage a secure digital archive for all supporting documentation necessary for submissions.
