Our client is a fast-growing Wingstop franchise group with 16 restaurants today and a plan to reach about 50 by 2027. They're looking for a GM in Shreveport who's ready to grow with them.

Own your P&L and drive sales, labor, and food cost results

Keep in-store, carryout, and digital orders flowing through every rush
Maintain brand standards for quality, food safety, and cleanliness

⭐ What You Bring

2+ years as a GM in QSR or fast casual (Wingstop experience is a big plus)
A track record of growing sales and developing people
ServSafe Manager certification, or the ability to get it
High energy, ownership, and the drive to grow into multi-unit leadership
