📋 Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts by handling outbound client calls using negotiation techniques to reach effective, timely resolutions.

• Follow operational procedures and select the most appropriate course of action when resolving complex situations.

• Drive consistent and accurate collections activity for all account types by effectively using the available tools and resources

• Assess risk in day-to-day decisions, ensuring all actions align with applicable policies, regulations, and ethical standards.

• Escalate and report control issues with transparency, safeguarding the interests of customers and the organization.

🔍 Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience:1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, collections, or service-oriented role, with a demonstrated ability to effectively handle and resolve client inquiries.
• Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and reach resolution under pressure in customer interactions.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, while exercising sound judgement.
• Technical Agility: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems, with excellent data entry skills.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
